Quite plausible though the question was about Saeima's elections. There are 17 lists for European elections in Latvia:
http://www.cvk.lv/cgi-bin/wdbcgiw/base/eiro9.eirokand09.sar
We're trading nine major parties, three other lists (Visu Latvijai! (VL, Everything for Latvia!); libertas.lv; Social Democrats (LSDSP)) might receive a reasonable amount of votes and if really lucky even a MEP, the rest have no snowball's chance in a hell.
Meanwhile Burson-Marsteller have started their predictions including Latvia: http://www.predict09.eu/default/en-us/state_analyses.aspx#latvia
Seems quite plausibe too.
The Latvian government resigned at the end of February and has not yet been replaced. Also, Latvian opinion poll data are hard to come by. Add to this a disastrous economic situation. Hence, the upcoming European elections in Latvia are very difficult to predict. Nevertheless, we expect that main winners to be the centre-left Harmony Centre (SC) to do better than last time, picking up a couple of seats, and the rightwing Fatherland and Freedom Party (TB/LNNK) to be the main losers."
A couple of new polls have been issued:

A new poll has been released for the European election in Latvia:

The last two numbers are undecideds and abstainers respectively.
